NOTE: We have very high cleaning standards so house is immaculately clean. We use government approved 99.9% germ free disinfectants and cleaning products and wipe down everything from the door handles to the furniture so the house is safe for you and your family.
This is a unique newly constructed stunning Modern Malibu home. All appliances and fixtures are brand new. It has amazing water and mountain and views.
This house is discounted compared to homes of its caliber as it is still missing some finishing touches ( eg: outside landscaping - still natural vegetation, stucco on one external wall and garage, and some small finishing interior details)
It is off a private road and in a very quiet, secluded and safe area. It has a media room downstairs and a huge lounge deck. .
Nearly every room has an ocean view. Hiking outside the door, and a place where the birds visit every morning.

LOWER FLOOR: TWO GUEST BEDROOM & MEDIA ROOM
The Downstairs houses TWO large bedrooms an two bathrooms consisting of:

Very quiet, with a village feel.
Everyone looks out for eachother here if you need anything. Great hiking outside the door or great trails with short drives. Also great for mountain bike riding.
You will need a car or Uber works great.
If you require a daily housekeeper for cleaning, shopping, laundry etc.. we can arrange this on request.

The following are the house rules that must be adhered to:
PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES READ CAREFULLY - ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN FINES DEDUCTED FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT AND POSSIBLE EVICTION
- No smoking/vaping of any substance (including marijuana or other recreational drugs) inside the home - This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $500 fee, in addition to liability for any fire or property damage costs
- No pets allowed, including emotional support animals, only service dogs. An unauthorized pet will be charged the higher of $500 or $100/night (please note Service Animal fraud is prohibited under California Penal Code 365.7 PC. A violation of this law can result in a criminal misdemeanor offense, a fine of $1,000 and a jail term of up to six months)
- No additional people staying overnight than stated unless pre -approved by the owners - unreported guests over 6 will incur a $200/guest/night penalty fee. Anyone present at the house for anytime, between the hours of 11pm and 5am, without prior written approval from host will be considered a guest for the purposes of this rule
- No gatherings or parties, visitors are allowed but at no time can the "Maximum People at the Property" (Max) be exceeded at any one time - people in excess of the Max without prior written permission from hosts will be charged $200 per person per in excess of the allowed total. If the total of 10 people is exceeded in more than one day, the fines per person will apply each day the total number is exceeded
- No events or gatherings held at the house without prior written permission will result in a fine of $1,000 plus an additional $200 for each person above 12. An event or gathering will be defined by the presence of more than 10 people at the house at any one time without prior written permission from the host
- No loud music or yelling outside after 10pm Quiet Hours. A violation will result in a $200 fine and may result in eviction without any refund for the balance of the stay- No re-arranging of furniture. If furniture (including exercise equipment) not left as found there will be a $200 fee for moving back
- NO Flying DRONES from the property or anywhere on the private street surrounding the house. Any violation of this rule reported by neighbors will result in $500 penalty per incident and possible immediate eviction at host’s discretion with no refund
- No trespassing onto any of the neighboring properties, taking fruit from any of the neighboring properties (including vacant lots), or any other transgression of neighbor’s properties, rights, or privacy
- Strictly NO video or photography for COMMERCIAL purposes, internet, social media without prior written permission – unauthorized commercial photography will result in forfeit of the full deposit and may include immediate eviction with no refund
- Quiet street so we ask that you respect this and the nature around you
- If you use the BBQ please clean it after each use. This will result in a $200 cleaning fee if left unclean
- Please do not use metal utensils on the Pots & Pans when cooking as they are high end Cephalon and it takes the non-stick off them and destroys the pan
- We are septic so no disposing of diapers, tampons or anything but toilet paper down the toilet
- No beach sand in the house - use outdoor shower to clean off before going in the house - sand in the house can result in an additional cleaning fee of $300
- No Sand in the Hot Tub. Any sand in the Hot Tub will result in a draining and refilling fee of $200
- Please dust and shake off any sand off towels and Clothes before using the washing machine - removing sand from washing machine or dryer will incur fee of $250 plus any repair costs
- No parking on the private road as it needs to be clear for fire access – vehicles on the Private Road will be towed at owner’s expense. If additional parking beyond the 4 spots on the property is required, it must be arranged through a request to the host. Parking of more than 4 vehicles at the property without prior written agreement from the host will result in a fine of $200 per vehicle, Parking on the private road or on the grass will result in a fine of $500
The purpose of these rules are so that the guests that follow you, are able to enjoy the place in the way that they expect it. Please let us know right away if you find anything that you don’t expect.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
